The State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) has begun construction for their multi-year, multi-phase project brings necessary and exciting improvements to US 51.

For the 2025 Festival, US 51 from east of Spring Road through County Hwy N., is currently closed. North/South traffic remains open on Hwy N.

To help you get around the construction, we’ve outlined a suggested detour route below. WisDOT also partners with Google Maps and Waze to provide real-time updates to your GPS, and a marked detour from County Hwy N to Main Street will guide drivers back to US 51/East Main Street.
