Stoughton Chamber of Commerce Event Addition Proposal Form
Thank you for your interest in contributing to the Stoughton Chamber of Commerce event. This form is required for any organization, business, or individual proposing a new activity, activation, or event component.
Submission of this form does not guarantee approval. All proposals are reviewed based on event capacity, additive value, safety, and alignment with event goals.
Completed forms must be submitted at least two (2) months prior to the event date. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage submitting applications as early as possible to ensure consideration.
If approved participants must agree to:
Interact respectfully with attendees, volunteers, staff, and fellow participants
Obtain written approval before using Chamber or event branding
Promote their involvement through official event messaging and direct audiences to Chamber-managed event platforms
Not create independent public event listings (Facebook Event, Eventbrite, etc.)
Not sell event sponsorships or promote other businesses
Limit fundraising efforts to one (1) primary method only. These will be event specific and needs approval from the Event Evaluation Committee.
Fees will follow the Fee Structure List, with rates increasing in the following order: Non-Profit Chamber Members, For-Profit Chamber Members, Non-Profit Non-Chamber Members, and For-Profit Non-Chamber Members.
Fees support event operations, logistics, and promotion. Fees are non-refundable
Final determination of addition will be made by the Event Coordinator and the Chamber President, with advisory support from the Event Evaluation Committee.
