Syttende Mai Arts & Crafts Fair Vendor Application

The Syttende Mai team is excited to announce the return of the Syttende Mai Arts and Crafts Fair!  The 2026 Fair is on Saturday, May 16th ONLY. The fair will be held indoors only at the Stoughton High School.

We will continue to have free coffee in the morning for vendors, along with some sweet, local pastries. Please check out our Facebook page, Syttende Mai Festival of Stoughton, WI.

Saturday hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Setup will begin at 6am.

Entrants need to sign the application form indicating that at least 50% of the value of their items is due to the artist’s effort. We do not accept buy-sell entries, immediate-serve food entries (nothing that would require city health inspection), or medicinal products. The registration fee is $90.00. Checks can be made out to Stoughton Chamber of Commerce and sent to PO Box 18, Stoughton, WI 53589, or you can pay online here.

We have a limited number of spaces available; you must apply no later than April 15, 2026. Applications received after that date will be considered if there are openings or cancellations. Communications will go out soon after the deadline by your preferred method (indicated in the application).
